Project Information
The Issara Sathorn is a luxury condominium project of 37 floors developed by Charn Issara Development Company Limited (CI) on an area of over 1.5 acres located on Charn Road (ถนนจันทน์), Thung Mahamek Subdistrict (แขวง ทุ่งมหาเมฆ), Sathorn District (เขต สาทร), Bangkok. The project consists of a single building with 270 units and is scheduled for completion in late 2565 (2022). It is designed under the concept of "Live freely...to the fullest in every way," which creates a difference in the residential lifestyle of the new generation, complete with all facilities from the BTS Chong Nonsi (BTS ช่องนนทรี) station to mailrooms and 24-hour security systems.
The Issara Sathorn offers a variety of room types to meet different needs. One-bedroom units ranging from 32.66 to 47.21 square meters start from 4.99 million baht, and one-bedroom plus units of 37.21 square meters start from 6.07 million baht. Two-bedroom units range from 58.96 to 90.32 square meters starting from 9.73 million baht, and two-bedroom plus units of 88.14 to 88.17 square meters start from 14.61 million baht. Three-bedroom units range from 93.44 to 110.74 square meters starting from 19.82 million baht, while luxury penthouses range from 134.88 to 188.76 square meters starting from 26.39 million baht. The average price per square meter is 160,000 baht per square meter. For those interested in renting, units are available starting from 23,000 baht to 95,000 baht per month. Common area fees are set at 75 baht per square meter per month, with a sinking fund of 800 baht per square meter paid once.
The Issara Sathorn is located in an area with convenient access to public transportation.
